Answers to useful questions that we have often been asked
You can easily click on the “Book Now” button located on the page of all our tours, and our system will help you in a simple and intuitive way to complete the necessary data to book, such as your name and phone number.
Our cancellation policy is simple. We will refund 100% of what has been paid if the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellation notice can be given in any way by calling, chatting or email. No refund will be made for cancellations that are not received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour. In case of adverse weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time for the safety of guests, in which case a full refund will be made.
Departure times may vary according to the chosen tour, in the case of private experiences, the departure time will be agreed upon with the client for their convenience.
All our tours include a drink, appetizers on board, the cost of fuel and travel insurance for our passengers. Navigation fees are also included.
In a tour for small groups, you will share the boat with other couples, or groups of friends, as reservations are allowed until the full capacity of the boat is reached. In a private tour, the boat and the captain will be at your disposal.
Unfortunately it is not possible to drive the boat, due to Italian marine laws. All our captains are insured and trained to perform the activity of tourism by boat and endorsed to drive the company’s vehicles.
Our boats are equipped with all the active and passive safety means required by the Italian law, and GPS system for a controlled navigation. Our first priority is always the safety of our guests and employees.
Lifejackets are present in all our boats according to national regulations, the number of lifejackets always exceeds the number of people on board. Our lifejackets are equipped with a whistle and refracting bands. Children’s lifejackets are also present on all our boats.
The company offers pickup and drop-off service to the hotels located in the main roads of the city (for the tours leaving from Sorrento). Otherwise we can meet direct at the port.
According to our Cancellation Policy, if the day of the tour presents adverse weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour, as our number one priority is the safety of our customers. In case of cancellation due to bad weather. A full refund will be made for those who have booked the above mentioned experience. Our Captains have years of experience sailing our seas, and are able to modify or re-plan the routes and parts of the tour to ensure the safety of our guests.
The Blue Grotto, is managed by the Directorate of Tourism and the Government of Capri, in concession with a private company. Therefore, it is necessary to pay the entrance ticket to visit it. The value of the ticket is 14 Euro, and must be paid in cash to the staff of the cave at the time of the activity. We recommend our clients to take into account the price of the attraction when booking our tours.
Our tours are available until a few hours before the departure time of the selected day. It is enough to check in our website the availability before booking. A confirmation email will arrive to our clients after the booking. In the case of not achieving a coordination between our multiple booking engines, the client will be contacted by our support team to process the full refund of the price paid.
On board our boats, the Captains speak Italian and English, however, it is possible to ask for the presence of an assistant to translate into Spanish.
All our boats have a front deck where you can relax and enjoy the sun, and the back part is covered with a tent, which provides the necessary shade for those who wish to do so.
To enjoy our experiences to the fullest, we recommend that our clients bring a hat, appropriate walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses and a bathing suit.
